About Manuel – Founder of MAS Villas Construction
Manuel's journey in construction began at just 14 years old, during a time when power tools were a rarity. Starting with the basics—digging foundations by hand, framing with hammer and nails, and carrying roofing materials up ladders—he learned the value of hard work and attention to detail early on.
After high school, Manuel served in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed his leadership skills. Following his service, he pursued an education in Automotive Technology at South Texas College and later operated his own automotive shop. This experience led to a teaching opportunity at South Texas College, where he worked for a decade.
While teaching, Manuel reignited his passion for construction and began building homes. To expand his expertise, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety from Columbia Southern University. He then spent another decade as a safety consultant in the oil industry before returning to his first love—construction.
Manuel founded MAS Villas Construction with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value. With decades of experience across multiple industries, he combines technical knowledge, leadership, and a deep passion for creating quality homes for his clients.
